Our department offers international study programmes built on teaching content that reflects current work in the field. We also offer students a wide range of opportunities to engage in research in small groups and projects even before they complete their studies.

The academic programme we offer for students who are seeking a career in translation, for example, provides extensive training in technological applications and focuses particularly on the technologies used in language and translation studies. No other Translation Studies degree programme available in Germany today places such a central emphasis on the technological training of translators.
