About the Inclusive Language & Terminology SIG

The Inclusive Language & Terminology SIG explores developing linguistic considerations relating to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. The group explores different themes, including implementing inclusive language initiatives, technical updates to terminology, and global linguistic developments.

Hanne Smaadahl is a Senior Terminologist at SAP. She has extensive experience as a terminologist, language specialist, and program manager in the software industry, and is a Member of ISO Technical Committee 37 and other industry groups in the area of terminology management.
