Mike Klinger
Language Transactions

Michael Klinger has been in the globalization industry for more than twenty years. His career began as a Spanish-English and French-English interpreter. He received his MBA at Northeastern University while working for a vendor providing translation project management services. He worked for Winter Wyman Contracts and started their globalization business. Klinger went on to establish the software localization project and bilingual staffing services at Comsys, which became part of Manpower, and now is Experis. Klinger founded Anzu Global in 2006. His company provides bilingual staffing services for the globalization industry.; He recently formed Language Transactions LLC to handle Brokerage Services for language companies.

Hugo Rizzi

Hugo Rizzi is CEO and founder of Language Solutions Team, a translation, interpretation and ASL company with operations in PA, FL, NJ and VA.

He studied literature and Contemporary Arts Philosophy and worked as a teacher for more than 20 years.

In 2022 he sold Stillman Translations, company that he founded in 2011. He has acquired three companies and is always looking to buy the next one.

Currently, Hugo is a marathon runner, always struggling not to be the last one to cross the final line (this is not always possible).

He is proud of his family and his company.

Justin Buckhold

Bucky is a co-founder and one of the three partners of Linguabee, a company launched in 2011 with a mission to promote true communication equity in the Deaf community. Having acquired six interpreting agencies over the years, Bucky brings a unique perspective, drawing from his experience as an agency owner, a certified interpreter, and a Deaf consumer. He previously served on the board of the Registry of Interpreters for the Deaf (RID), where he provided insights on interpreting and communication access.  When Bucky isn’t working, he enjoys outdoor adventures in the Colorado Rockies with his wife, Jaclyn, and values open discussions on interpreting and business issues.

Michael Marsan

Michael Marsan serves as CEO of Idlewild Burg, Inc., a holding company specializing in the acquisition, transformation, and management of language services businesses. Since beginning his career in 1996, Michael has amassed extensive experience in executive roles, overseeing global operations and successfully navigating over 20 acquisitions. His leadership at Idlewild Burg, Inc. reflects his commitment to driving growth and operational excellence in the language services industry.

A graduate of Babson College in Massachusetts, Michael studied International Finance, Economics, and Entrepreneurial Studies, equipping him with a robust foundation to lead complex business ventures and fuel sustainable growth across Idlewild Burg’s portfolio.
