Blackbird Introduces Re|Purpose

We’re serious about ContentOps. Want proof? We just launched Re|Purpose, our very own app for repurposing content.

Re|Purpose is built on top of Anthropic and OpenAI — with our signature Blackbird twists, of course:

1. Multi-engine compatibility: Users can connect to both Anthropic and OpenAI, selecting their preferred vendor and model to power Re|Purpose for any given task.

2. File flexibility: Beyond plain text, Re|Purpose can also repurpose files. It supports various plaintext file types, such as .txt, .html, or .csv.

3. Style guide integration: Re|Purpose can incorporate style guides to define how content should be repurposed—covering aspects like target audience, tone of voice, vocabulary, length, and more.

4. Glossary support: It can pull glossaries from external databases (e.g., a TMS, an MT app, or a spreadsheet) in a RAG-style setup.

5. Multilingual capability: When a language is specified (optional), the app can generate repurposed content in a different language from the original source.

6. Connect to enterprise CMS: Connect Re|Purpose to any of the 140+ apps on Blackbird, including content management systems like Contentful, Contentstack, HubSpot, Notion, Sitecore, Storyblok or Zendesk.

7. Connect to TMS: Repurpose localized assets for new touchpoints — connect Re|Purpose to translation management systems like Crowdin, Lokalise, memoQ and Phrase.

8. It's open source: Clone the Re|Purpose code from our GitHub repo (https://github.com/orgs/bb-io/repositories), customize it with your own tweaks and features, and redeploy it on Blackbird as your very own curated app for repurposing—complete with your own logo and app name.

9. It's free: Just add API keys to Anthropic and/or OpenAI, and you're ready to fly.

With Re|Purpose, our users can transform content from "been there, done that" to "fresh, new, and ready to go."

Ready to repurpose your workflows and your content? Try it today—because great content deserves a second act!

If this had been written by AI, you'd see plenty of rocket emojis here. :)
