Content Marketing Specialist

The purpose of this role is to create content across multiple platforms associated with memoQ. Additionally, the position involves coordinating the content creation process. Our objective is to captivate and inform our prospects and customers with exceptional content.

What you’ll do in this role at memoQ 

As an important member of memoQ’s Marketing Team, you will: 

  • Contribute to creating and executing a content marketing plan aligned with company and department goals. 

  • Write clear and compelling copy for various platforms. Formats include but are not limited to blog posts, press releases, emails, social media content, video scripts, landing pages, print brochures, and guides. 

  • Coordinate content development projects in close collaboration with colleagues and external copywriters daily. 

  • Work with video production including concept development, scriptwriting, recording, and editing. 

  • Conduct interviews with colleagues, peers, and customers to gain insights and input for content creation. 

  • Manage content marketing-related activities in a project management tool, including administering copy changes and reviews. 

  • Collect content ideas and discuss them with relevant stakeholders. 

  • Write and co-edit various types of content, brief agencies for associated design materials, and work with a proofreader to finalize top-notch quality content.  

  • Work closely with an SEO specialist to improve organic results. 

  • Upload and maintain website content readiness in content management systems. 

  • Create and implement a comprehensive social media communications plan, including copywriting and posting content, as well as actively engaging with messages and comments. 

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to distribute content effectively to target audiences 

  • Monitor content marketing trends.  

  • Support the localization of marketing materials.  

  • Report on content development and social media status and results regularly.

  • 3-5 years of B2B content marketing experience, ideally in SaaS. 

  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in marketing, linguistics, translation, communications, or journalism. 

  • Ability to coordinate the content creation process and deliver content on time and in excellent quality.  

  • Experience in marketing video production.  

  • Ability to effectively utilize AI for content creation. 

  • Strong ability to simultaneously handle multiple projects and details.  

  • Self-motivated to learn about new methods and techniques.  

  • Familiar with content management systems and digital marketing tools.  

  • Native or near-native English knowledge. 

  • Outstanding copywriting skills.   

  • Good understanding of SEO.  

  • Strong customer focus.  

  • Exhibit creativity and accuracy with the ability to focus on details.  

  • Exceptional organization and communication skills.
