About the Role

As a Customer Growth Strategist, you will develop and implement business strategies, foster strategic partnerships, and lead market diversification efforts. This high-impact role combines strategic planning, market innovation, and team leadership.
 

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and execute business development strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Identify new markets and oversee market expansion initiatives.
  • Build and manage strategic alliances and partnerships.
  • Lead and mentor the sales team, ensuring performance aligns with KPIs.
  • Use data-driven insights to drive decision-making and refine business strategies.
     

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years in business development, strategic planning, or sales leadership, preferably in B2B environments.
  • Proven success in market expansion and managing sales teams.
  • Strong knowledge of CPSL services and tools like CRM systems (Zoho is a plus).
  • Fluent in English and Spanish; other languages are an advantage.
