Accountability Chart:
- Client/Vendor communication
- Quote preparation
- Vendor Recruitment as needed
- Interpreter Assignment Scheduling
- Deliver projects on time, on scope, and budget
- Excellent Customer Service
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and clients
- Ensure timely and efficient communication with clients to address their needs and concerns
- Manage your assigned projects in CRM and/or Scheduling Software
- Create and send accurate Sales Orders and Work Orders promptly for your projects
- Financial Review for your projects/assignments
- Make informed decisions regarding interpreting assignments and resource allocation
- Recruit and interview interpreter vendors as needed
- Ensure daily operation processes are followed and completed
- Escalate conflicts/issues to the Manager of Language Services in a timely fashion where necessary
- Address and resolve any day-to-day operational challenges as they arise that do not require escalation
- Ensure client satisfaction through proactive problem-solving and effective communication
Role Requirements/Preferences:
- 2 years working as a Project Manager or Scheduler in the language services industry
- Effective communication skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Experience with Propio/Workforce OS/Atrium (preferred)
- Experience with Zoho CRM (preferred)
- Experience with Google Suite (preferred)
