Accountability Chart:

  • Client/Vendor communication
  • Quote preparation
  • Vendor Recruitment as needed
  • Interpreter Assignment Scheduling
  • Deliver projects on time, on scope, and budget
  • Excellent Customer Service

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and clients
  • Ensure timely and efficient communication with clients to address their needs and concerns
  • Manage your assigned projects in CRM and/or Scheduling Software 
  • Create and send accurate Sales Orders and Work Orders promptly for your projects
  • Financial Review for your projects/assignments 
  • Make informed decisions regarding interpreting assignments and resource allocation
  • Recruit and interview interpreter vendors as needed
  • Ensure daily operation processes are followed and completed
  • Escalate conflicts/issues to the Manager of Language Services in a timely fashion where necessary
  • Address and resolve any day-to-day operational challenges as they arise that do not require escalation
  • Ensure client satisfaction through proactive problem-solving and effective communication

 

Role Requirements/Preferences:

  • 2 years working as a Project Manager or Scheduler in the language services industry
  • Effective communication skills 
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Experience with Propio/Workforce OS/Atrium (preferred)
  • Experience with Zoho CRM (preferred)
  • Experience with Google Suite (preferred)
