Position Overview:

As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving the growth of Certified Interpreting Services by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting our interpretation solutions. This position is ideal for a self-motivated, results-driven individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for client success. Key

Key Responsibilities:

● Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve individual and team sales goals.

● Identify and generate leads through research, networking, and outreach efforts.

● Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate solutions.

● Conduct product and service presentations to prospective clients.

● Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet revenue targets.

● Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery for clients.

● Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics.

● Provide regular reports on sales activities, progress, and challenges to management.

Qualifications:

● Proven experience in sales, preferably in language services or related industries.

● Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse clients.

● Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

● Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

● Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.

● Knowledge of or interest in language services and cultural sensitivity is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits:

● This is a 1099 independent contractor position with competitive salary plus commission-based pay. 

● CIS will provide a $500.00 monthly stipend to cover medical costs for associate only
