What You’ll Do:

• Lead machine translation initiatives, from on-boarding to optimization.
• Collaborate across departments to implement ISO 18587 standards and improve MT workflows.
• Optimize and maintain MT engines, ensuring they meet the highest quality standards.
• Analyze data and feedback to refine our processes.
• Create and share knowledge through documentation, training, and marketing materials.

What You Bring:

• A bachelor’s degree in Translation or Computing.
• Hands-on experience in MT program management, localization projects, or engineering.
• Knowledge of localization workflows, CAT tools, and (ideally) Python.
• Excellent communication skills and a drive for process improvement.

LANGUAGES:

• Spanish.
• English.
• Knowledge of other languages will be an advantage.
