A report by Deloitte indicated accelerated urbanisation will bolster demand for consumer products and push retail sector with India set to add 110M to mid-income households to the existing 190M and add 14M to high-income households to the existing 15M. So effectively, India would boast middle income population of 300M and high income population of 29M, constituting a growing and irresistible market to the world. India is second largest users of the internet and also has the largest population not-yet on the internet.

Every second, 3 new persons joins the internet, two of them from villages. The story is similar with almost all the countries in South Asia. With 22 official languages in India and at least one unique official language in each country in South Asia, the opportunities are language-locked.
