Euro-Com International successfully passes the annual audit for ISO 9001, 17100 and 18587 certifications
Renkum, the Netherlands - Euro-Com International has proudly passed the annual external ISO audit by Quality Masters early April 2024. The company’s translation and localization processes were thoroughly assessed to ensure compliance with the industry standards of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 17100:2015 and ISO 18587:2017. Maintaining this triple ISO certification requires a strict commitment to quality management and process improvement. This translates into providing consistently high-quality language services that meet our clients’ needs and are in line with international best practices.
While the formal renewal of the ISO certifications takes place every three years, regular internal and external audits help ensure that we stay on track with the industry standards. During the annual external audit, our procedures are carefully examined and updated documentation is checked. During the audit, it was again confirmed that we have a quality system in place that allows for continuous improvement of all processes within the organization. And more importantly, that we ‘Do what we say and say what we do’.
